This would depend on how good your DST is, but you should be waiting until the last round to draft one anyways.
I had Seattle last year, but otherwise, I've always played match ups.
I spend a few days studying schedules, draft a solid undervalued DST in rnd 14-16, roll with them until I see they have a couple bad match ups coming, then I play the waiver game week to week until I land another 2-3 week starter
